Below are photos of some of the equipment that we use to fill custom orders.  Several of the machines are used to cut solid lumber to length (Pacific Trail Saw, the Paul Optimizing Saw, Wirlwind Upcut Saw (not shown) and MC Radial Arm Saw (not shown).  Panel processing is done on the Rogers panel saw and material is ripped to width on the Stenner Resaw, the Mattison Rip Saw and the Mereen Gang Rip Saw.  Material is reduced in thickness on the Oliver planer and can be sanded on the Butfering three head widebelt sander.  Also not shown is our 16' gluing rack and our vacumn gluing bag.  We can also duplicate moulding patterns with the Axion template maker and the SCM moulder.
